Client Visit

We allow visits to our yard or premises by new or old clients. Clients from around EU region are to note – we do understand because of the terms around EU trade zone policy for which with an EU visa buyers or clients can travel around EU and visit any EU country. But all clients must go through our process our client visit procedure before visit ticket granted and all details for his or her visit is processed and sent to him or her via email or any other means possible.

We also do allow client visit from clients who are not within the EU region, but all parties note their process will take longer which can take few weeks. But all clients within EU, client visit process can take 3 to 5 days max.

We need this information to proceed with client visit permit

Client presents how long does he or she need to visit
Client present valid passport copy or copies of visitors
Client Full address
Client makes a visitation fee of 350 EUR which is compulsory to all visiting clients from EU or outside EU regions

A receipt of payment, and also proforma invoice will be prepared and issued for this amount so as to be compiled with visit documents.
