Fresh Capsicum

Capsicum oleoresin is extracted and refined from dry chilli. It appears as dark red to orange red oil liquid with pungent aroma. Main components are capsaicin, capsanthol, dihydrocapsaicin and nordihydrocapsaicin. It has been applied for various prominent spicy flavor food and catering industry.

It is obtained from capsicum by solvent extraction, through separation and refinery process to have the finished products.

♦Oil soluble Capsicum Oleoresin

Specifications: 0.5% – 40%, or base on client’s need.

Application: Used in condiments: spicy food, meat products, pot-stewed food, preserved vegetable. Used in medicine: medicine for pain relief, itching relief, detoxification, digestion improvement, weight control. Also used in environmentally friendly pesticide and painting industry.
